IMPORTANT PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
6th graders! LAUSD requires your child’s health records are up to date. Please send in a copy of a valid TdaP record. Usually, it is as simple as calling your child’s doctor’s office for the record. TdaP vaccinations are good for 10 years. If your child needs a new vaccination, please make it a priority to get it done before the end of the semester. Return to the school nurse. Your child will not be able to start 7th grade without a valid TdaP.
